I’m Victor Wang. I help startups and tech companies with their IP and contracts. Hoji (the blue guy on my shoulder) is the AI system I’m building to support my practice. I’m an AI-native lawyer, I share what I learn publicly, and advise founders building ambitious companies.

For more than a decade, I’ve advised startups on IP and commercial matters, including 6 years at Orrick and Goodwin. I’m also a 4x founder, raised VC 2x, and built 2x products that reached millions in revenue and 1x that reached tens of millions of users.
